Mark - lives at 5724 E El Camino Quinto , and reports that he has been threatened by Fred Morley on at least one occasion.  He suspects that the Morleys rifled through the glove boxes of his trucks looking for his last name to pursue an Injunction Against Harassment.  It should be noted that Ms. Wirth has been involved in an astonishing number of court cases, including Injunction & Protection Orders, fraud, property disputes, and cases related to 12 previous marriages that have all ended in divorce or annulment.  No stranger to the court room.

PCSO Incident#: 100325043 -  On 3/25/2010, Mark was erroneously blamed by Wirth and the Morleys for a CAD call to PCSO an hour earlier (Tom and Nancy deserve the credit.)  Wirth then reported Mark for harassment, and according to the CAD call notes, Wirth states she’s “out of town” despite being "in town" only an hour earlier as PCSO Incident# 100325032 states.

SUPPORTING EVIDENCE

FORGED RECORDS:   WIRTH FORGED A QUIT CLAIM DEED ON HER OWN ACCORD TO ENSURE SHE GOT HER HOUSE
WIRTH FORGED ANOTHER DOCUMENT TO SEE DANNY HAD CREDIT TO HER LIKING
DANNY HICKS PAID LINDA HICKS $14.5K AS PART OF HIS DIVORCE SETTLEMENT
DESPITE THE FACT THAT HE HAD NOT SOLD 209 E DONNA DRIVE.  HE DID NOT AGREE
WITH WIRTH AND HER FORGERY, SO HE FULFILLED HIS OBLIGATION TO HIS
EX-WIFE AND SHE SUBMITTED AN AUTHENTIC QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR 209 E DONNA DR

WELLS FARGO CHCK CARD INVESTIGATION:

On 12/29/2008, Wirth ordered herself an ATM check card to access Danny's
acct and used it on 1/20/2009 on a road trip to visit her son in Texas.
Wells Fargo caught the fraudulent activity the next day and deactivated
                  the card.

STOLEN LABRADORS: WIRTH AND HER MOTHER STATE THEY GAVE DANNY'S DOGS TO THE U.S. AIR FORCE
ON 7/29/2009 WHILE HE WAS AT WORK.  THEY WERE HIS TWO BEST FRIENDS, MAJOR
AND KAYSIE.  THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE ISSUED A LETTER ON 4/26/2010 STATING
THAT THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE DOGS AND THEY DID NOT PROCURE THEM.

3/12/2010  - 10:06am  Abandoned Dog Reported by Nancy J. Davis of State Farm
12/25/2008 - 10:03am  False CAD Report by Wirth, Incident: 081225046

NARRATIVE:

Acts to depreciate the house's value while in foreclosure constitutes fraud. If it can be shown that they've influenced a public auction, they've then also violated Federal Anti-Trust Laws, including The Sherman Act, which carries hefty criminal liability.

In any case, they have violated Arizona's House Stripping Laws - the removal of the wood-iron gates, the lamp post, a tree, the mailbox, every light bulb, the ceiling fans and lights, not to mention entire sections of the house including the back porch, a side patio, the kennels - all of it amounts to stealing a house.  Not to forget house address number and the horrible - yet superficial - paint job on the trim of the back of the house...

Bank records demonstrate roughly $50K so far in grand theft of Danny Hicks's property.  I know the air force would have paid up to $4K for each of Danny's dogs - which, to me, isn't enough.

Of course, a continuing criminal enterprise and racketeering charges are staring you in the face when you view the collection of official documents recorded in Arizona counties that bare the names of BOTH William E. Lanpher AND his mother, Juanita C. Lanpher (aka Juanita C. Ray, Juanita C. Morley).  Defrauding Mr. Hicks - not to mention the Bank of America, a secured creditor - while he's in protective segregation, unable to do anything about it and with his failing health and being 61 years of age, I believe qualifies for enhancements for breaking Arizona laws governing the abuse of elders

The Four Most Powerful Words in the Criminal Courthouse

Mark Bennett

Try this:

Stand up. Raise one foot off the ground. Now shift your weight forward. Don’t set your raised foot down. What happens?

You fall down.

But if you do the same thing and set the raised foot down to stop your fall, you take a step. Raise the other foot off the ground, shift your weight forward, and set your raised foot down to catch you. String a series of these events together, and you’re moving across the ground.

Walking....
