Levitt Harriette P Attorney (Tucson, AZ) - REVIEWS

If you want to win your case then don't accept Mrs. Levitt as your attorney.
Mrs. Levitt failed to represent my husband properly. She never returned phone calls and continually blamed it on her staff. She convinced my husband to take a plea deal, which he felt he had no choice but to take due to the fact that he knew she was not prepared for a trial. She guaranteed him the low end of the plea deal, when I say guarantee I mean guarantee. She said she had cleared it with the prosecutor. When my husband was sentenced he received the high end of the plea deal and now has to spend 4 years in prison. Unfortunately we did not have the money to higher a attorney and got stuck with Mrs. Levitt as the court appointed attorney and she could of cared less about my husband and his situation.

You fall down.

But if you do the same thing and set the raised foot down to stop your fall, you take a step. Raise the other foot off the ground, shift your weight forward, and set your raised foot down to catch you. String a series of these events together, and you’re moving across the ground.

Walking....
